Besmira former titan and now goddess of darkness and evil has become leader of the new pantheon since only she knows enough about the history and the structure of godhood to teach the others. She has been guiding the others as part of a bargain she made with Wanderer.
Many gods have chosen to use Heralds or criers to spread their word. Besmira has Kelpie's wrath and her children to carry word but other gods select bards or paladins as heralds of the faith. Heralds have access to a feat called Holy-orders which grants access to spells and abilities of a single domain of their god but in return they must not violate the ideas of that domain and spread the word of the order they serve. Violating the tenants of the faith may result in loss of the domain and the feat until atonement is performed by a priest of the order.
