This is not a complete list of languages. There are other tongues used in the more extreme parts of the world. I do not expect you to encounter any languages not on this list but there are languages I know of that I did not include. (particularly the western tongues) Let me know if this change really screws your character over and we will try to come to some type of understanding.
Lothian - Prevalent tongue in the former Lothian empire. Descended from Elvish and Albienne. Considered the "Common" tongue for the east coast.
Albienne - Ancient tongue of the original human empire. Similar to Latin. But almost completely lost except for the embattled center of the old empire where a bastardized version still holds sway.
Hellenese - South western empire famed for its art and literature. Similar to ancient Greece. Helen was devastated during the Thule War.
Thule - Asian language from southern continent consisting of a runic alphabet and subtle tonal variations. Common for most inland areas.
Dwarven - Runic language of the dwarf-lords. Pitch and tone is similar to Hindi.
Elvish - A lesser variant of the Fae tongue. Very musical. Often considered the best language for music and epic poetry. Too bad no one understands it. In that way it is kinda like opera.
Giant Tongue - Language of the races of large humanoids mostly present in the far north. A lesser variant is used by ogres. Few common roots with other languages.
Goblin - Hodgepodge of language used to communicate between the various goblinoid races. Many terms may be similar in different tribes, for example the word 'friend' in one variant might be 'food' in another.
Isle-speak - Several different tongues used in the more wide ranging isles in the Kingdom of the Isles. Similar to Native American languages.
Smallfulk - A casual language used in some of the more secluded Halfman communities.
Seafolk - Tongue intended for use underwater. Has many clicks and cries. Used mainly by sea creatures.
Arcane Tongues
Fae-tongue - Language of Fae creatures. Associated with light. One of the three languages use-able to cast arcane magic.
Draconic - The original language of dragons. Only the lesser "submissive" voice is usable without the ability to project thoughts. One of three languages use-able to cast arcane magic.
Shadis - Language of shadow and darkness. One of the three languages use-able to cast arcane magic.
Divine Tongues
Celestial - Language of divine power. Used in "good aligned" priestly magic.
Gaen - Language of druids and nature. Used for Neutral priestly magic and the native tongue of the country Gia in the far north.
Fell-tongue - Language of infernal and diabolical powers. Used for "evil aligned" priestly magic.
