Rage: Sea-folk have a issue with their temper. They can rage a number of rounds equal to their Con bonus each day. If they take the barbarian class they instead suffer fatigue for only one round after rage ends.
Ferocity: When a bearded sea-folk is brought below 0 hit points they can fight on as disabled.
Weapon Familiarity: Bearded sea-folks are proficient with longspear, and trident and treat harpoons, and nets as martial weapons.
Lady Amalia is the 11th daughter of the second brood spawned by Besmira. Unsuited to the spawning beds Amalia was always a bit kinder than her kin. Gifted with a version of her mothers sight she understands much about the inner nature of things but unlike her mother Amelia thinks there is room for kindness within Besmira's flock. Having convinced her mother of this she was given the job of overseeing the taking of Falcon's hollow using her ways to see if they worked. And it was a dismal failure.
The goblins were completely out of control and without threat of violence nor massive use of force there was no way to force them into alignment. The kobolds were much more amiable and quite effective but there was a bootstrapping problem. They needed better gear to be effective but the bigger stronger goblins took any gear the kobolds found and kept it for them selves.
In some ways Lady Kuro Azure opened your eyes to your own naivete. Using fear and violence she was able to break the goblins and get them int a semblance of order. But her order is only a thin facade the raging chaos is still beneath the covers. Yet some goblins are reasonable and do want to work towards a better future. Stump has been a tireless worker and avid disciple spying on Azures work in the Goblin camp for you. And Meanie has come around, once a petty lick-spittle she has learned quickly and now works well as a messenger and spy in the Besmirian camp.
You think several things : 1) Your mothers challenge to you has not expired if you prove yourself soon you may regain her favor. Lady Kuro was a message to you that you may need to be harsher than you would like but Besmira would rather work with a competent enemy than an ineffective daughter. Your only chance is to take the citadel and soon to prove to your mother you could succeed your way despite Lady Kuro's interference.
