Desedrian - Famous map maker from the original Lothian Empire. Disappeared during the war but was found recently as a horridly mutated creature with the ability to alter magic in his environment with his special powers of sight. He refers to himself as a beholder and the party has stayed on good terms with him by smuggling books and booze past his angelic guardians. Desedrian spends much of his time working on a Diorama of ancient Sula. His guardians/minders are Raluca and Gertrude.
Findula - Lilend captured and kept locked in the dungeons of the Iron fortress. Freed by the party and she has helped the party identify magical items in thanks.
Felicia - Korvath's lover and apparently bodyguard. Felicia was an adult gold dragon, a fact that Korvath was not aware of until she died protecting him. Korvath was also under the impression that she was his girlfriend and learning that she was also his body guard has not made him happy.
Miska - Old pelorite artificer living in Radcliff. Miska took Korvath under his wing after Korvath left the group. Miska turns out to have been named Melroian and was the former high priest of Pelor whom stepped down after having visions. Melorian was known to be the most advanced oracle of the modern age before his retirement. He was widely believed to have died.
Baandar Leader of the Desmondu and a clerical fraud. Baandar had been pretending to have guidence from the gods via an artifact that allowed him to commune and cast divinations. Actually he was only a minor priest and was probably a barbarian in actuality from what the party saw of his health.
Viday - Bat-humanoid explorer from a tribe calling themselves the Desmondu. The party saved Viday from being sold by Desmondu bandits to the mysterious powers lurking in Charden-Dar.
Chandra - High priestess of the church of Jaas. A former follower of Weejas whom rode the goddess's makeover to the top of the priesthood.
Soapa - Desmondu female caught working with bandits outside of Charden-Dar. Saved from death by Viday's vouching for her. She has not been entirely forthcoming with the party.
Jaas - Goddess (Divine-agent?) of vision and insight. Formerly the goddess of Death and Magic, The recent changes in the house of magic have pushed Jaas into its leadership. Polically savy and with the gift of forsight Jaas reshaped her position to be that of an Oracle. Jaas has powers of Magic, Divination, and Knowledge.
The Smiler (Aka. Constatine) - New god of death. Constatine was reknown as a trickster and magician, but recent changes in the Magic heirarchy eliminated his position in the House of Magic. Constatine siezed the Death domain from Kiri-Joleth and is considered somewhat of a loose cannon.
Rhunald - Name inscribed on the door to Gulthias's summoning room.
Asok (AKA Jackal-boy)- Mysterious figure that has attacked the party on several occasions. One of Gulthias's top commanders, his abilities include being able to teleport, holding people with his gaze, and having fairly dangerous attacks. Carries a pair of odd shortswords that he has yet to wield against the party. Called the Claw of Ashardalon.
Hurial - Planetar servant of Weejas. A good natured celestial. From the partys observations he seems to ask for pretty significant services in return for his assistance.
Redbone - unknown person reputed to be the self styled High Executioner of Ashardalon's faith. One of Gulthias's top commanders.
Murgen - Manservant to Jaenelle. Former member of the Dog tribe he has given up his former affiliation to join Jaenelle's house as manservant. Charged with guarding her life, he constantly interposes himself between her and danger.
Xuemin - A small red dragon that claims to have been a friend to Julia. (Appropriate size to be a pseudo-dragon)
Egad - A Lothian champion with the brains of a brick. Enjoys flexing for Essandri.
"John" - A artificer and conman. Apparently has the ability to either temporarily bestow spells in items or to cast spells with misleading verbal / material components.
Nightwing - A black dragon lairing on the trade routes between Thule and the baronies.
Wingtail - Adolescent red dragon that talked with the party over dinner. (Ate Essandri and looted the party.)
Dusty - Priest of Flannegan who owns a travelling temple. Generally known as one of the more powerful priests that regularly passes through the Baronies.
Warlord Saithnar - Leader of Saithnar's band of dogs, a unit famous for its total decimation during the Thule wars. Their sacrifice allowed the Lothian third and seventh armies to cut off Thule's retreat. Saithnar was later raised as undead and used in the war. After the war he was banished to his tomb where he languishes even now. Will too strong to die, but even in undeath he will not break his vow to obey his lord.
Muffin - A cantankerous old grizzly bear. Befriended by Yellis but betrayed the elves for a promise of a horse from Mel.
Yellis - 16 year old leader of the band of Gugrach.
Gnarlroot - A treant working to protect the remaining elven children near Ossington.
Zarn - The biggest of the remaining elven children. He is 18 and yet he is a foot taller than the other elves. He shows signs of some human blood. A formidable archer.
Mayor Murdows - Leader of the small village of Ossington. A talented speaker and a corpulent man, the current famine has done little to reduce his formerly enormous girth. Mr Murdows is very well versed in local lore, and he happily seized every opportunity to expound upon the historical details of his small town. Narrowly escaped an assasination attempt via the party's timely intervention.
Henwen - Druidic priestess on the verge of a mental breakdown. Obsessed with not upsetting any of the neutral pantheon she spends most of her days praying to the various local deities for salvation.
The Blue Cockoo - A rather droll bard. A horrid singer though passable instrumentalist. He speaks in a very dry fashion and seems to have little in the manner of redeeming traits besides the ability to stay alive despite his otherwise limited abilities. To all appearences a coward and a fool.
Dylan - Ossington's resident sage. Interested in the mechanics of sorcerous and natural magics. Was studying the stones in Ossington with the help of Henwen up until her mental breakdown. Rather reserved intellectual whom attempts to remain aloof from the day to day concerns of the village's survival.
Tawny - Dylan's companion and guardian. She appears a somewhat proficient fighter, having survived numerous attacks on the village and having acted as a primary line of defense for the past few weeks. She has a keen bastard sword she liberated from the doorman of Saithnar's barrow.
Tarby - Crotchety old geezer with a mind to keep out other's business. Alex got him stoned to try and get information out of him, but his daughter Tanasha willingly took his place to get a chance to travel.
Tanasha - Fiery young farmers daughter. Wild and unruly she has been giving PCs the lowdown on the village and has adopted CeeJay as her pet. Very playful, she seems to consider helping the party like it was a game. Tanasha appears to be part fae.
Michael Sachleben - Lothian mage and scholar. Met Essandri in Three Cities and made some copies of books for her.
Baron Euphemes II - Noble ruler of Brindenford. The baron stands at least six and a half feet tall. He has fine factial features and striking red hair. fairly bright, his quick thinking helped evacuate the royal manor so that the party could defeat the Mind Flayer that was Possessing him. While he was possessed he used by the cult of Hextor to allow the spread of devils into the baronies. Freed by the party, but much of his prestige was lost since the town was devastated during the invasion.
Alein - Paladin of Heironious, dragged off to be part of ritual conducted by the blessed and her cult of sorcerors and psions. During the demonic invasion Alein led a small resistance force out of the shrine of Heironious.
Dreyah - Attractive woman with a snide and condescending manner. Dreyah returned CeeJay to the party as a service to the elves, and has remained with the party as a source of amusement for her otherwise great and under- utilized intellect. Dreyah carries a well-worn crossbow and a pair of finely- crafted daggers. Dreyah was caught red handed in the process of killing Alex. When she made her escape her true form was revealed as stunningly beautiful. The party is still debating whether Dreyah is a succabus or a powerful Dark Fae Queen.
The Eel - An agent of Cassiovar Reed - Oily fat man from Brindenford gala in party's honor. Korvath took an instant dislike to the man when he found out about "The Eel's" association with Weyland.
Cassiovar Reed - reputed to be a high official in the Lothian Government. Served by a large network of agents whom gather information and materials at his bequest.
Loch - Celestial working undercover in hell. Helped Korvath evade devils briefly and warned Korvath of perils relating to the hellgate. Guarded the hell gate after the party failed to close it. Loch served the original diety, but his service was in the past tense. He is possibly a divine free agent. Moge has theorized that Loch could be a powerful demon lord, disguised as a celestial, but there has been no evidence either way.
Merdick Forren - Guard Captian of Brindenford. Went missing during Brindenford fair. He was supposedly investigating rumors of a extortion ring in town.
Lietenant Shella - Guard officer that helps run local guard house. She helped Korvath corner Sid and get him to sign off on paperwork to get wererat silver back from the authorities. Has taken a liking to Korvath and has helped the party on several occasions since. She was possessed by Ixion during the hellish invasion of Brindenford.
Officer Sid Norris - Officer in charge of rat tower crime scene. He was in the first group of police officers to show up at scene. He approved Korvath's money reclaimation paperwork for a small monitary incentive.
Baron Laptier - Leader of nation in the Southern Allied Baronies. A diplomat with a precarious political situation. Laptier was an advisor to the old Baron whom was assasinated in his bedchamber by spies during the Terino invasion.
Kitera - 67 year old priestess of Pelor. Lives in Wall. When she was younger she used to help at the orphanage.
Raenald - Former guard captain of the 'Wall'. Prone to enforcing rules even when it serves no purpose except to make life more difficult for people. Paranoid and officious, he is Guard Commmander of the Newtowne Merchant District. The previous commander was implicated in a bribery scandel. Raenald's attempts to wheel and deal have made him a great number of enemies and very few allies. Currently closely allies with the terino hardliners, he has alienated Nationalists with his implication in the assasination of the old commisioner.
Weylen - Talented ranger whom was thrown from his horse during the war and left a halfwit. Runs the orphanage in the Village of Wall. Rumored to be an agent for a forein power. There is some evidence that he might have been involved in the attack on Martian Udalia.
Ceejay - Bard loremaster. (9th level) has helped the party identify items on a couple occasions. Formerly Red Kate's liasion with Baron Laptier and Raenald. You hear he has done well with his story about Ferrel the Fornicating Paladin. (Given to him by the party) Lost most of his memories while "under the protection" of the Party. Is still straining to recall much of his past life.
"Spooky Tammerley" - High level bard. Traveled to Brindenford in a caravan with the party but lost the gleeman's competition to CeeJay. Had a retinue of several servants and guards.
Ming (retired PC) - a small man of mixed Asian descent. Martial artist whom specializes in the guisarme. Currently acting as body guard for Raenald in his new role as city guard commander.
Red Kate (former PC) - Pushy but charismatic warrior. Always dresses in bright red. Has a suit of matched red armor. Follower of the Gauler. (Lovitar) Assigned as party leader by Raenald. Currently she is inactive in the party since she was promoted to head of the wall guard outpost. Her research revealed the assasination plot against Martian Udalia, but she was days too late.
Julia - Fairy dragon companion of Essandri. Turns invisible a lot and seems to have special magical abilities. (detect Shadis/Fae/Celestial/etc) Disapeared when Essandri was 'turned' by a vampire. Party suspects that Gulthias has taken her prisoner to insure the party's continued good behavior.
Gulthias - Ancient vampire mage staked and imprisoned within the Gulthias Tree by vampires in ages past. Freed by the party when the party was looking for magic items and saw the magical stake. Mistaking it for a magical weapon they unwittingly removed it from Guthias freeing him to get his revenge against the vampires that imprisoned him in ages past. Has killed off his old rivals since his wakening and is probably off somewhere brewing up a horde of undead.
Shoomma - Ancient dwarven smith. Rumored to be the best smith alive. She is getting close to her third century if rumors are correct. She is the mother of Degaoldin. Lives in Brindenford.
"Red Dog" - the nameless kobold. Red dog has never given a name to people and when Yusandrayal spoke about him she called him "the Nameless One". You don't know whether it is tribal censure or vanity. From what you know, he speaks both Draconic and Shadis. His invisibility spell seemed to last about 3 hour before he broke it. Seems to have abandoned wall after learning that Yusandrayal had died. Very likely to be the next kobold chieftan.
Meepo - cowardly kobold. A runt and a coward even by kobold standards. Assigned to the party as "guide". He usually watches the rear and whimpers. Party managed to get him poisoned at the fountain of death.
Calcryx - Pet white dragon stolen from kobolds by goblin elite troops. Very young (2-3 years old) was not willing to go back to kobolds. but party knocked him out easily.
Dunkin - winged freak / circus performer. Trained (brawler/professional wrestler) whom humiliated Moge in a fist fight. Very tough. Fights dirty. Rudely insulted Katie and followers of Athena to get Moge to fight him. Dunkin humilated Moge pubicly during the battle.
Errol Fieldcutter - halfling paladin of Athena. Slightly bigoted against "big people". Charmed by Tweedle to find out contents of a fallen companions potion container. Last seen heading to Glimmerhaum but when the party went to Glimmerhaum he hadn't made it back yet.
Eric Rockclimber - (Halfman Bard 5) Idealist. Founder of the Glimmerhaum Halfman community. Partner of Welslien. Bubbly, energetic, but a firm believer in "the rules". Gifted speaker with dark hair and sparkling brown eyes. Not the best thinker, but very persuasive. One of the three leaders of the Glimmerhaum settlement.
Welleslian - (Female Halfman Paladin 4) Follower of Athena. Idealist. Lover of Eric. Fiery temper, easy to confuse. Has platinum hair and green eyes. One of the three leaders of the Glimmerhaum settlement.
Wesley Potterhen - (Halfman Ranger 3-8?) Bright fellow with blond hair blue eyes. Wll muscled charismatic non-theist. He represents the non-Athenian follower at the settlement of Glimmerhaum. He is the "brains" of the Glimmerhaum settlement leaders.
Alberic - moneychanger, general store owner, mayor, and tax collector of the village of wall.
Aldi & Vivian - the two halfmen residents of Wall. The sometimes rent out their spare room to visitors.
