TRIBUTE TO A SAINT IN GLORY
MISS. A. KAMALA CHELLIAH
On 28th June 2013, we visited the Kilpauk cemetery of my late father in law in Chennai on the occasion of his birth day anniversary. To my great surprise, the Holy Spirit drew my attention to the grave of a saint whom I ministered to about 28 years ago. I saw her grave with the inscription, "Miss Kamala Chelliah, aged 91 years" (died in 2007).
She was touched by a word of prophecy in my magazine "The Glory of His Cross" which was being published during that period. The word edified her faith. She wrote me a letter after reading this word of comfort as she was going through a valley of tears. She retired as professor of Madras Christian College, Tambaram. In response to my invitation, she attended the marriage of my brother in law in Chennai in 1986. She was happy to meet my family including my little son on the occasion of the marriage. Afterwards, I lost touch with her. I was not aware of her home call.
