Tailgating Wings

1 lb. chicken wings, cut into segments, tips discarded

salt and pepper

2 T. soy sauce

1/4 c. honey

2 tsp. lime zest

3 T. lime juice, from 1 lime

1/4 c. orange juice from 1/2 of an orange

1 T. freshly grated ginger

1 tsp. chili garlic paste

1/2 tsp. sesame oil

1/2 tsp. dried oregano

1/2 tsp. ground cumin

1/2 tsp. granulated garlic

1 T. oyster sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Season the wings with salt and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the wings from the oven and put in a bowl to cool.

Combine all the other ingredients and pour over the wings. Toss to coat.

Spread wings out on baking sheet and continue to bake until brown and crispy, about 25 minutes.
