Sesame Noodle Bowl

1/2 lb. soba noodles (or whole wheat spaghetti)

1/4 c. honey

1/4 c. soy sauce

2 T. Rice vinegar

1" piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated

2 tsp. sesame oil

1 clove garlic, grated

1/3 c. olive oil

1/4 c. chopped scallions

2 c. steamed vegetables

2 T. toasted sesame seeds

Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook noodles until al dente. Drain.

In a large bowl combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger and garlic. Whisk in the olive oil.

Add the vegetables and noodles. Toss to combine. Sprinkle on the sesame seeds to serve.
