'Special' Sauce

1 c. Mayonnaise

2 T. Dijon mustard

1 T. Lemon juice

1 T. Parsley, finely chopped

1 T. Louisiana style hot sauce

2 cloves garlic minced

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. paprika

1 scallion, finely chopped 1/4 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill. Store in a tight lidded container for up to 3 weeks.
