Lemon Basil Chicken Salad

4 c. cooked chicken, chopped

1 rib of celery, chopped

1/4 c. fresh basil leaves, chopped fine

1/4 sliced almonds

1/2 c. sour cream

1/2 c. mayonnaise

1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper.

In a medium bowl combine the chicken, celery, almonds and basil.

In a small bowl, whisk the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Pour dressing over chicken and toos to coat. Chill for an hour before serving.
