Topic: Why business can be good at solving social problems

Does anyone here never watch news on TV or newspaper? If you do, perhaps you are lucky because you won’t be bothered by all the problems transmitted through media. But, we always have but issue, you are still a part of the society and the world and you are indeed surrounded by these problems even if you try everything you can to shun and run away. Climate change, food safety, incompetent politicians and so on, a long list of social problems sit there, not solved yet, and go on to worsen. But something remains; it is none other than business. The problem leads to solutions, which lead to profits that smart people see the money inside.

有人從來不看電視或報紙上的新聞嗎?如果你是，也許你挺幸運的，因為你不用被這些媒體上傳達的議題訊息影響著自己。但是，我們總是有但書，你依然是這個社會和世界的一份子，即便你想逃避和遠離，你生活當中確實也被這些問題所圍繞著!天氣驟變、食安狀況、不勝任的政客等等，一連串的社會問題接連發生，不但沒解決，反而更加惡化。然而，卻有個東西屹立不搖，商業事務。問題延伸到解決方案，解決方案裡頭則是聰明人看到可以獲利的商機。
