White Pizza Dip
What you need:
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 blocks (12 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. shredded provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh oregano, chopped
- Crackers, toasted bread, or chips, for serving
Directions:
- Place tomatoes on a foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until tomatoes burst. Set aside.
- Meanwhile in a large bowl, mix together cream cheese with 7 oz. mozzarella and 7 oz. provolone. Then mix in 1/4 cup Parmesan.
- Stir in fresh herbs, garlic, and roasted tomatoes. Then transfer to a small greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and provolone.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve immediately with crackers, bread, or chips.
