Slow Cooker Garlic Herb Potatoes

What you need:

    • 2 lb. red potatoes, chopped into 2-inch pieces
    • 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic cloves
    • 2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    • 2 tsp. salt
    • 1 tsp. pepper
    • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

    1. Add potatoes to a greased crockpot. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours or LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
    2. When potatoes are fork tender, add remaining ingredients. Cover and let butter melt before mashing.
    3. Mash potatoes and stir well to combine ingredients. Serve warm.
