Beef Burrito Skillet

What you need:

    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    • 1 can (15.5 oz.) red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    • 1 cup salsa
    • 1 cup water
    • 4 tortillas, cut into 1-inch pieces
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack or Cheddar cheese
    • Sour cream
    • Green onions, sliced
    • Roma tomato, diced

Directions:

    1. Cook ground beef in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until done.
    2. Add taco seasoning, water, salsa, and beans and stir.
    3. Bring to a simmer and then cook for 5 minutes.
    4. Top with tortilla pieces and cheese. Cover and heat until cheese has melted completely.
    5. Remove from heat and top with sour cream, green onions, and tomato.
