Blueberry Breakfast Quinoa

What you need:

    • 2 cups milk
    • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 vanilla bean, seeded or 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 cups cooked quinoa
    • 1 cup blueberries
    • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
    • Honey

Directions:

    1. Whisk together milk, cinnamon, and vanilla bean seeds/or extract.
    2. Divide quinoa between 4 serving bowls.
    3. Divide milk mixtures between the 4 bowls and top with blueberries and almonds.
    4. Drizzle with honey and serve.
