Five Guys Little Style Burgers

What you need:

    • 1 lb. ground beef (makes 4 patties)
    • 1 Tbsp. butter
    • 4 hamburger buns
    • 4 slices American cheese
    • Toppings of your choice

Directions:

    1. Divide ground beef into 4 pieces. Roll each piece between parchment paper until 1/2 inch thick.
    2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and place buns cut side down in it. Cook until golden and then remove from skillet.
    3. Place burgers in skillet and season with salt and pepper.
    4. Once crispy and brown, flip and cook until other side is crispy and brown.
    5. Place a piece of cheese on top and allow to melt completely.
    6. Remove patties and serve on buns with toppings of your choice.
