Five Guys Little Style Burgers
What you need:
- 1 lb. ground beef (makes 4 patties)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices American cheese
- Toppings of your choice
Directions:
- Divide ground beef into 4 pieces. Roll each piece between parchment paper until 1/2 inch thick.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and place buns cut side down in it. Cook until golden and then remove from skillet.
- Place burgers in skillet and season with salt and pepper.
- Once crispy and brown, flip and cook until other side is crispy and brown.
- Place a piece of cheese on top and allow to melt completely.
- Remove patties and serve on buns with toppings of your choice.
