Circus Animal Cookie Pie

What you need:

    • 1 small box white chocolate instant pudding mix
    • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding mix
    • 2 cups cold milk
    • 1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
    • 1 cup Circus Animal Cookies, roughly chopped (plus some for topping)
    • 1 9-inch Nilla pie crust (keep the lid!)
    • Rainbow nonpareil sprinkles

Directions:

    1. In a medium bowl, whisk together both pudding mixes and cold milk until just combined.
    2. Then quickly fold in half the Cool Whip as gently as you can.
    3. Then quickly fold in chopped cookies as gently as you can.
    4. Spread the pudding mixture into the pie shell, cover, and refrigerate for 3 hours.
    5. Top with remaining Cool Whip and then cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    6. Before serving, top with sprinkles and additional chopped cookies.
    7. Refrigerate leftovers for 1 to 2 days.
