One Pot Chicken Alfredo

What you need:

    • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
    • 1 to 2 lb. chicken breasts, diced into bite-sized pieces
    • 2 cloves minced garlic
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Garlic powder to taste
    • 14 oz. chicken broth
    • 1 cup half and half or heavy cream
    • 1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
    • 2 cups Parmesan cheese
    • Parsley, for garnish
    • Bacon bits, for garnish

Directions:

    1. Heat olive oil over medium-high in a deep skillet. Season chicken with garlic, salt, and pepper and cook in skillet for 6 minutes.
    2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
    3. Then add pasta, chicken broth, and half-and-half. Bring to a boil.
    4. Then cover and reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until pasta is cooked. Stir often. If needed, add half-and-half to loosen it up some.
    5. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.
    6. Serve topped with sprinkle parsley and bacon crumbles.
