Crockpot Chicken, Potatoes, and Green Beans

What you need:

    • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts, sliced thinly if needed
    • 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
    • 1 lb. red potatoes, cubed
    • 1/3 cup lemon juice
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1 tsp. Montreal chicken/steak seasoning
    • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
    • 2 cloves minced garlic

Directions:

    1. In a medium-sized bowl, stir together lemon juice, olive oil, Montreal seasoning, lemon pepper, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic.
    2. In a slow cooker, place potatoes on one side, green beans on the other, and the chicken in the middle.
    3. Pour the lemon mixture over the top.
    4. Cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
