    • 3/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 large egg
    • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 2 tsp. cornstarch
    • 1 tsp. baking soda
    • Pinch of salt
    • 1 heaping cup Snickers, diced
    • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips.

Directions:

    1. In a stand mixer, beat butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla on medium-high speed until light and fluffy. Scrape the sides of the bowl.
    2. Add flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
    3. Fold in Snickers and chocolate chips.
    4. Form dough into 2-inch wide scoops that you flatten with your hand a little bit.
    5. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours.
    6. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Space cookie mounds 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
    7. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8 to 9 minutes until edges are set. Rotate cookie sheet halfway through.
    8. Allow cookies to cool on a baking sheet for 5 minutes. Remove to wire rack to finish cooling.
    9. Store in an airtight container.
