Corned Beef and Cabbage Soup
What you need:
- 1 lb. cooked corned beef, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 3 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 small head cabbage, sliced into bite size pieces
- 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 bottle (12 oz.) dark beer
- 4 cups chicken broth
- Ground pepper
- 3/4 cup white rice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
- Season with more salt and pepper if needed before serving.
