Corned Beef and Cabbage Soup

What you need:

    • 1 lb. cooked corned beef, chopped
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 3 stalks celery, diced
    • 3 carrots, peeled and diced
    • 1 small head cabbage, sliced into bite size pieces
    • 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
    • 1 can (15 oz.) diced tomatoes, drained
    • 1 bottle (12 oz.) dark beer
    • 4 cups chicken broth
    • Ground pepper
    • 3/4 cup white rice
    • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

    1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
    2. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
    3. Season with more salt and pepper if needed before serving.
