The other day, I was looking at some old artwork as well as recent drawings I was doing as practice, and I thought to myself that they looked wrong. I've noticed something similar watching movies and, for a split second, noticing that they aren't social distancing. As a reaction to that, I put together a bunch of recent drawings of people I'd done and gave them all masks (or in one case a face shield).

I made this using the drawing application Procreate on my tablet.

When creating this, I used color and contrast to create a more interesting composition. This project began with 3 older drawings and 5 recent character studies. Then, I added a background to each of different colors, and I added solidly colored masks on each. Going forward, I might want to adjust the old drawings a bit more because they don't really match up in terms of the style.
