The story behind this artwork is that the teacher is able to educate the kids on inclusion in the classroom. They are all sitting around in a circle, and one of the kids is in a wheelchair. This project relates to my life because I wanted to show education's importance when it comes to inclusion. A lot of people are ignorant about such issues so simple education could cause vast improvements.

I made this on my tablet using procreate.

I used lines to create the shapes and forms. I saw in a tutorial that line art could be improved by varying the line width based on whether it's in a shadow or not, and I was happy with how that improved it. Additionally, I tried to keep the focal points on the thirds-cross section so that the most important parts can be focused on. I'm hoping to finish the line art and add solid color as well as polish what I currently have (the kid's wheelchair doesn't have good perspective).
