What do I do if I'm locked out?

Who do I call if I lock myself out of my house or suite?

During Business Hours

• • • If you lock yourself out during RPM business hours, you can leave a message for our maintenance department at (707) 444-3835. If we have a copy of your key on file, we can coordinate with you for a key for a $50 dollar charge.

After Business Hours

• • • If you are locked out when RPM is not open you can call a locksmith to let you in. If for any reason you feel the need to change your locks, please get permission from RPM and then provide a copy of the keys.
