When will I receive my rent reminder messages?
All RPM tenants receive handy rent reminders and you can always login to Payments.RPM101.com to know exactly how much is due each month. You will receive reminders the following days:
2 days before rent is due
Day before grace period ends (if balance unpaid)
TEXTS (Texts will only be sent if a balance remains unpaid.)
The day before rent is late
The day rent is late
If you would like to stop receiving rent reminder EMAIL messages, you can opt in or out of rent & dues reminders through the online portal at Payments.RPM101.com.
