How to Attach documents to an application

When you get to the Document Upload page near the end of the application you will need:

  • Government issued photo ID
  • Minimum of 2 most recent pay stubs (Self employed applicants may be required to produce upon request two (2) years of signed tax returns or IRS 1099 forms. Non-employed applicants must provide proof of income.)
  • Pet proof of vaccination and photo taken with applicant (if applicable).


  • Co-signers are accepted at the manager’s discretion only and must meet all requirements, they will complete the same application as you but Identify that they are a cosigner. Some of the questions will be renter specific and irrelevant for the cosigner, and will not count for or against a cosigner qualifying, such as the cleanliness question, and of course they will not need to send a photo of their pet if it is not living at the property.
  • We have transitioned away from cosigners completing a different application because of the confusion it posed to both cosigners an applicants who would accidentally complete the incorrect application - this simplifies things.
