#4 - Do you have any pets?
#5 - Do you know your approximate credit score?
#6 - Have you viewed the property online?
#7 - Email or text a copy of drivers license.
Prequalification Criteria for Showing
We only hold properties for up to two weeks after the property is available for move in.
2 Occupants per bedroom plus 1.
We want term quality tenancies.
Some properties do not allow pets.
Applications may come back denied if credit scores under 550.
You are required to watch the online video before we will schedule a showing.
Security is a big deal: We want to know who is entering properties. - If you are not comfortable identifying who you are, we are not comfortable conducting a showing.
