What do I do if there is a fire?

If there is a fire, get to safety and call 911 immediately.

After you call 911, call the 24/7 Maintenance Hotline and report the situation.

Habitable after Fire

• The property will be repaired and cleaned and, once deemed habitable, you will be allowed to occupy the unit.

Uninhabitable after Fire

• If the property is uninhabitable, your tenancy will be terminated and your security deposit may be applied towards the insurance deductible.
