My fridge / refrigerator has a problem, what do I do?

Your refrigerator is provided to you by the Property Owner as a convenience, but, unless stated otherwise on the Rental Agreement, its operation is not warranted by the Owner.

If maintenance is needed, notify us first and allow an opportunity to repair, but if Owner elects not to repair, you must either go without the use of this item, or repair or replace at your expense as it is left for your convenience by the Owner. If you are notified that the Owner has elected to not repair or replace the fridge and you do repair or replace the refrigerator at your expense, the fridge is yours to keep.
