We thoroughly document the condition of properties in between tenancies and properly complete detailed property condition reports.
We appreciate our Residents and do not drastically raise rental rates as seems to be more and more of a common practice these days. We are mindful that it is expensive to move. The average cost to move is over $1,000, which does not include deposits at the new location. We contact our Residents in advance of their notice requirement deadline with their lease renewal options including the renewal rental rate.
Security deposit dispositions are handled accurately, promptly and according to state laws.
