How can I dispute the results of my background check?

If you have documentation proving the results from our background check are incorrect, please visit http://www.appfolio.com/consumer and provide Appfolio Consumer Relations with the relevant documentation. You can call Appfolio Consumer Relations toll-free at (866) 359-3630.

Once Appfolio confirms there was an error on your background check results, please forward us the email from Appfolio. We will then be able to re-consider the application.
