How do I submit my Move In Evaluation / Property Condition Review?

Here are the activities we can take together to document the condition of the home at move in and move out:

  1. We'll document the condition of the home with our Move In Inspection.

  2. You fill out the Move In Property Condition Review Form (see below or go to Review.RPM101.com). We recommend you take a full video of the property as a first step for your move in and save it for your records.

  3. We'll follow up with you after you move in to determine if there are any cleaning or repair issues we can take care of for you.

  4. You'll fill out a Quarterly Property Condition Review to document any issues with the property.

  5. You'll fill out a Move Out Property Condition Review after you remove all of your personal property out of the property. We recommend you take a full video of the property as a last step of your move out and save it for your records.

  6. We'll perform a Move Out Inspection after you move out.
