What does qualified, but not selected mean for my application?

"Qualified, but Not Selected" means that your application came back qualified for a specific rental amount, but you have not been selected for a property. This can happen when RPM is waiting for a decision to be made among different applicants or the property is no longer available to rent. RPM does maintain a waiting list of approved applicants and can notify them if a similar property becomes available.
