Thank you for being proactive and checking in about rent payments.

Please familiarize yourself with the Rent Collection Calendar and do your best to make the payments as you have described.

Even after a partial payment, you will continue to receive texts and emails regarding rent collection, but know that if you pay the balance owed, including late fees, by the deadline on the Rent Collection Calendar, you will be okay.

Options:

  1. Pay with Credit Card through Online Portal at Payments.RPM101.com

  2. Pay with Cash at CVS.RPM101.com

  3. Borrow money from third party sources and make payment to RPM.

  4. CLICK HERE: Download the Deferred Payment Plan Request Form. Fill it out and email it to Payments@RealPM.com. Note: Your request will be automatically declined if the form is not completely filled out. Once request is received we will contact you with a decision within 5 business days. Understand that this request does not waive or change any of the terms of the Rental Agreement or remove landlords’ right to pursue collections. Even if a deferred payment plan is approved, you will continue to receive texts and emails regarding rent collection, but know that if you pay the balance owed, as agreed, we will not initiate legal action.
