Do I have to attend a showing to move forward in the application process?

Yes, all applicants must attend a showing to be considered for the property (or sign a "Sight Unseen" waiver). Photos and videos can give a good sense of a property, but there's no substitute for viewing it in person. We find that remote viewings or having a viewing done by a representative are not the most effective either. It is in your best interest to view the property for yourself to make certain it is the home you want to live in, but if you absolutely cannot view the property prior to signing the Rental Agreement, we can add a "Sight Unseen" Waiver which confirms that you are accepting the property without viewing it.
