Are you interested in learning how NASA is using STEM and providing opportunities for educators in the classroom? Do you want to bring more space education into your classroom that is tied directly to STEM? Are you interested in attending the Space Educators conference at the Space Center in Houston, Texas and learning about becoming a member of the Space Educators Exploration Crew? This session will introduce teachers to this exceptional designed to develop teacher leadership skills and STEM-based learning experiences. Come and learn about the experience from one of the 36 teachers selected for this program and gain ideas that you can use in your classroom.

I will share about my experience at the Space Center Houston and as a member of the Space Educators Expedition Crew. I will show pictures of what the conference was like and explain how other educators can get involved with the program. I will also discuss other opportunities for teachers and will have links and some demonstrations that the teachers can try and take back to their classrooms.
