We all need to assess our students, but it doesn’t have to be a hassle. There are fun ways to assess your students without having to “pull teeth” or “dance a jig” to motivate students. Learn about Kahoot, Socrative and more.
- Three ways to create
- Can add videos and images
- Can make your Kahoot public or private
- There are thousands of already created Kahoots to search and play
- Can duplicate and modify an already created Kahoot
- There are four ways to assess your students
- Can align quizzes to standards
- Can mix short answer, true/false and multiple choice in one quizz
- Can do student paced - immediate feedback, student paced - student navigation or teacher paced
- Gives you a room name to give students that is changeable
- Scores your quiz and gives it to you in Drive or Excel
- Create your own quiz or choose from hundreds of already created quizzes
- Create memes to show for correct and incorrect answers
- Can modify already created Quizizzes
- Can play live as a class or give as homework to do on own
- Can jumble the question order for students
- Can be shared on Google Classroom
- Get a report in Excel or to print
