Ever find a new service, technology, or even piece of hardware that has such potential to help your students learn, it becomes a must have in your classroom and have been told "No money..."? Ever work with someone who was reluctant to change or find new ways to engage students because "I don't have the time"? Ever ask administration or the board for a technology or service to improve educational practice and get turned down because "I don't see the value"? Forget all of them! In this session, we will discussing and giving ideas for how to get what you want in an environment with little to no support for innovation and innovative practices. During the session ideas and personal experiences will be shared giving participants a broad array of tools and ideas for getting what you want in spite of the resistance.
