- Don't overload our teachers with too many new strategies
- Be supportive, be a role model
- Talk with Tech Coordinators
- Professional Development and Professional Learning Community to share the new information and "tools"
- Get some face time with Superintendent and Tech Coordinator as to where we go next
- Work with IU to do Professional Development and use Keystones available to us to share w/the staff (colleagues share)
- Before roll out something, make sure your infrastructure to make it work
- Encourage teachers to get out of the kids way..be the guide on the side; let the kids run with it
- Create a support network with staff and students
- Create a Tech Squad
- What Works Clearinghouse --research that tells what really works for kids for informed decisions
- Get the community involved
- Highlight the Keystone at the Faculty Meeting
- Have Keystone do a presentation to the School Board
- Donorschoose.org -- will fund projects for schools
- Adoptaclassroom.org- Office Max
- Create time in the Keystone's schedule to assist staff in technology integration tools and their effectiveness.
