Google seems to be taking over the world... or at least it seems to be! Google Earth is a very powerful and worthwhile tool teachers can use to bring a different dimension to the traditional presentation. It gives students and teachers the opportunity to fly into cities and see 3-D views of their buildings, do shots at street view, and even go to the moon! What else can you do with this program other than show a location though? Take them on a virtual field trip! Attendees will have the opportunity to see content specific tours created in Google Earth and find presentations already created.
