Topic: Engaging Students with Creativity using Cinematic Expression
Audience: Students K-12
Challenge/Goal: To use different apps/programs/resources to create movies or cinematic expression to allow students to showcase their creativity
Challenges to Overcome: Time & Resources in the classroom; Having students overcome their fear of sharing and presenting on screen

Expanding students' bag of tricks
Develop: develop confidence in students by using puppets & voice distortion instead of standing in front of camera;
Connect: students connect with each other and work collaboratively; show their understanding on content using their own words
Lead: By using accessible technology all students can be leaders
Advocate: We want to advocate for students to be able to show their creativity and their personalities in the classroom, especially when standardized tests have taken away their ability to be themselves
