Digital Video

Presenter: Shaun McLoughlin

Workshop Overview:

It can be argued that there has never been a time in history where students could produce video productions to the quality level that is capable today. And yet, many students, are still producing terrible vines, and retweeting awful gifs.

In an era where so much attention is consumed by video, they can be better and we can help them get there.

This workshop aims to serve as a "state of the union" for digital video creation in high schools. Your presenter will conduct a 'whirlwind tour' of as many of the hardware and software tools as possible. The approach will be "rags to riches" with solutions offered at every price point in every category. Complete newbies to seasoned vets are welcome.
