Chris Rock
An Academy Awards veteran, 51-year-old comedian Chris Rock last hosted the ceremony in 2005. This year’s he delighted audiences with aroutine written from scratch in response to the #OscarsSowhite controversy. Back in January, Rock warned fans that he’d thrown out his original material and written a brand new show.
He's been practising some pretty spicy jokes, mainly focused around the #OscarSoWhite controversy.
