The top five favorite teams at SBHS are as follows: Denver Broncos, Minnesota Vikings, Pittsburgh Steelers, Green Bay Packers and Dallas Cowboys.
Jace Champagne (9) a Pittsburgh Steelers fan said, “My mom is from Greybull, Wyoming, and she went to school there and was good friends with Brett Keisel that also went there.”
Champagne’s mom knowing one of the former players on the Steelers is one reason why he loves the team so much.
According to nfl.com, “Brett Keisel retired in 2015. He played 12 seasons for the Steelers as their defensive end. He had a total for 408 tackles and 30 sacks.”
Lance Septka (10) a Minnesota Vikings fan said, “My favorite player on the Vikings would have to be Adam Thielen because of his story on how he became part of the league and now he is one of the best receivers in the game.”
Septka has grown up in a household where you support the Vikings no matter what, so he has grown up always learning new information about the team and all the other teams in the NFL.
According to nfl.com, “Adam Thielen is the Vikings wide receiver and has played for the Vikings since 2014. Over that period of time, Thielen has had over 5,240 receiving yards, 397 receptions and 39 touchdowns.
“Patrick Mahomes is my favorite athlete because he is such a great team leader,” Logan Duryea said.

“They’re going to talk about this forever. Let's go get it,” Duryea said, adding, “Mahomes’ motivation causes the team to score 21 points in the last 10 minutes of the game,” Duryea said.
