Dance and Cheer Team Shine At Douglas

The Sturgis Scooper Competitive Dance team competed at the Douglas High

School Cheer and Dance Competition on Sept. 22 at Whitehead Gym in Box

Elder. The Sturgis Brown Small Group Kick team members include: Jordan

Huggins, Laesha Jones, Teale Dodd, Samara Soyland, Chloe DeKraai, Shae

Keough, Noka Beck, Jada Wagner and Karlee Smith.

The Competition Dance team placed 1 in the small kick category. Cheer and

Dance Coach, Darla DeKraai, said "The team has had a great year so far."
