Summary of Study
This study examines accountability to the taxpayer of each of the three types of public schooling available to Utah students: district schools, charter schools, and Utah Fits All (UFA). UFA empowers parents to meet the unique educational needs through non-public education utilizing public education funding. The purpose of the study is to assess the measures to ensure transparence and achievement of goals.
