At the 2003 Convention, the League of Women Voters of California approved an energy study which looked at LWVC energy positions in light of recent developments in the electric energy industry. The Energy Study Committee has developed a Study Guide and a Leader's Guide with a set of consensus questions for local Leagues to use as part of the process of examining LWVC energy positions. |
