Roseville Area LWV 2015-2016 Police Study

Summary of Study 
The stated goal was to study police delivery systems and officer training as it relates to avoiding racial profiling, domestic abuse and mental health crises in the communities of Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, Maplewood and Roseville.  Information was gathered from Minnesota’s Police Officer’s Standards and Training, city administrators and each city's police chief and Ramsey County sheriff.
