Among the issues are changes in new technologies; changes in state laws; and meeting and exceeding minimum standard. A recently completed study on the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) has led to recommendations for positions and action. The recommendations were reviewed and passed at the annual meeting 5/15/14.
