Summary of Study
Youth (7th  grade through 12th grade) need a program of varied and appropriate activities available daily after school. Youth involvement should be part of all phases of the planning and execution of the program. The location of activities should be solely dedicated to youth with separate focus areas for Junior High and High School students. A public entity should administer the program. Center hours needs to correspond to the "free time" of those it serves..
