This is important so when accessing the screen remotely, we can verify the unit we’re making setting changes to.
Find the “Unit Number” field in the upper left hand corner and enter the skid number.
The Power, Signal, and Network LED’s should all be solid green. If they are not, check the connections and cables. The Activity light will remain dark until data is passing through it. DO NOT reset the device by holding down the reset button underneath the power LED. Doing so will reset the device to factory settings and the device will need to be reconfigured remotely. This should only be done at the discretion of IT and preferably done with someone from IT on the phone. If you still have LED’s that are not solid green proceed to step 3 and let IT know the status of the lights.
Make sure the antenna, power, and GPS cables are securely in place.
